她的小孩比較聰明

隔壁辦公室同事的小孩幫班上籌款，
來我們辦公室賣爆米花，
小小年紀（好像是9歲）但應對進退相當得體，
她走了之後，
同事們討論這位小朋友。

Colleague's daughter came to our office to sell popcorn for class fundraising.
She was pretty smart as a 9 years old girl.  

主管：她（同事）的小孩真的很聰明，我不得不說，比我的小孩還聰明。
我：你怎麼可以這樣說！我雖然沒有小孩，但我也決不會說人家的狗比我家的狗還可愛。
        （轉頭問）對不對，M（M家也有養狗）？
同事M：嗯..我有可能也會這樣說.......
我：你們這些男人!!!

Supervisor: Her kid is really smart, I have to say, this girl is smarter than my kids.
Me: How could you say that!! Even though I don't have kids, I won't never said other people's dogs are cuter than mine.. (turned my head and asked) M, right (he has one dog)?
M: hmmm.. I probably will say the same.
Me: you guys...
